If you plan to make yogurt, you have to figure out how to make it with no added ingredients. It’s a big step. If you can’t make it with ingredients that are not in the high-calorie form, there’s probably another option.

You can find a lot of low-fat yogurt in the supermarkets. If you don’t like the taste of yogurt, you can also try making it with a mixture of fruit and milk, which is even lower in calories and fat. You can also make it with fruit and fruit juice, which is a delicious, high-calorie option.

You can also make it with coconut milk, which is a different type of fat, but you only use it if you are in the low-calorie form.

You can get coconut milk in health food stores, usually in the flavor of vanilla.

In terms of nutrition, your choices for what to eat are going to be pretty limited, and even with food labels it’s not always clear what you’re eating. Our dietitian, Megan, told us we shouldnt be afraid of eating low-fat foods, but if you decide that you do, you may have to increase your consumption of certain high-fat foods to compensate.

For most people the “real” fat is the butter or shortening, but the butter and shortening are processed. So you can make your own low-fat butter by mixing coconut milk with a little apple butter.

So while you do have options, if you decide to eat foods that are low in calories, but still have a lot of calories, you may want to go for foods like low-fat cheese, whole wheat pasta, or even non-fat yogurt. But if you decide to stay away from processed foods, such as all of the butter, shortening, and cheese, you can make your own low-fat versions by blending your own coconut milk and apple butter.
