We were lucky enough to be able to interview some of the people behind Fuel Beast. One of the more insightful comments was from Matt Miller, who works at a big distributor where he’s a part of the food team. He says, “We’ve been pretty consistent with the way we talk about food. It’s not just about food. We talk about agriculture as a whole, and the way agriculture works, and the economics of it all.

The economy is a big part of this game, and while the player is responsible for managing its supply and demand, it’s also a huge part of the game’s story.
