7 Steps of the Commercial Cleaning Process

Deep cleaning of our home can be a strenuous process. But for experienced professional cleaning personnel, this won’t be strenuous at all. This is possible for them because of planning, proper execution and experience. By taking the correct steps they make the task easy. Knowing these steps will help us, by making cleaning an easy task.

Inspection

The first step of deep cleaning is not sweeping right away, which is what we normally do. It is to inspect the premises, both interior and exterior, and note down the level of care each area requires, also identify all the stains and spots that need to be cleaned. Take enough time to do this. Proper Inspection will give us better results.

Sweeping, Dusting and Vacuuming

Now, it is time to start the work, take the broom and start sweeping one area after another. Dust the carpets and vacuum other places, furniture and curtains. These tasks are very important and they should be carried out together. And these three are the basic steps of any cleaning process. Do it properly with patience.

Disinfectant

The next step is to mop the floor with disinfectants which are organic and non-toxic. Also, wipe the furniture and other surfaces with disinfectant. This will eliminate the germs and bacteria on the surface. Mopping will also help in discarding excess dust that will remain after sweeping, dusting and vacuuming.

Sanitation of High-Traffic Areas

High-traffic and High-touch areas need to be properly sanitized. As these areas will contain a lot of dirt and germs. Sanitizing these areas will benefit you, if these areas are sanitized that will promote your health and well-being in the long run. Such areas include the armrests, staircase rails and the entrance area.

Cleaning Additional Spaces

We always forget some places while cleaning, the area under the carpet, the wall behind the shelf and many such places. Don’t leave these places out. Show extra care while cleaning such areas. As these areas will be accumulating a lot of dust over the years.

Cross-verifying with the Inspection Notes

After cleaning all the places again checks the note we made during the inspection and make sure we have not forgotten anything in the note. Do the ones that you have forgotten and identify the ones that you don’t think you can accomplish. Again go through the premises and make sure no nook or corner is left behind without cleaning.

Know When to Hire a Professional

After completing all the previous steps, there will still be areas in which you are not feeling confident about cleaning. And that is when you know it is the time to call the well-experienced cleaning companies in.

By following these steps you can also achieve a professional level of cleaning. But this process will consume time and needs a lot of patience on your part. If you have enough time and patience, then try doing it. It may not give the perfect result the first time, but after a few tries, you will achieve the perfection you desire.
